Accident near Hindhead Tunnel closes part of A3

The northbound A3 through Hindhead Tunnel has been closed following a two vehicle collision near the A333 Grayshott junction.

There are long queues approaching the tunnel with traffic through Hindhead, Beacon Hill and Haslemere heavier than usual as a result.

A minor crash was also reported on the northbound A3 through the Butser Cutting south of Petersfield this morning. More follows.
