Alton Eco Fair received £4,000 from East Hampshire District Council

East Hampshire District Council provided £4,000 towards the cost of the Alton Eco Fair through its Community Climate Action Fund.
The Alton Town Council and Alton Climate Action Network event was held in the Public Gardens on July 16.
District councillor Rob Mocatta said: “We’re proud to support the Alton Eco Fair and it’s just one of 13 projects we’re supporting through our Community Climate Action Fund.
“More than £125,000 was allocated in the first round of these grants and we’ll be opening a second round later this year.”
