Bring a brolly and enjoy Alton's 'Village Fete' in the Public Gardens this weekend

Alton's storm-delayed ‘Village Fete’ will take place in the Public Gardens this Saturday, from 10am to 2pm.
The event will feature the Alton in Bloom Summer Show, Incredible Edibles, a flower show, Bake Off, stalls, fun fete games and much more.
It has been organised by Alton Town Council and is sponsored by Alton College.
High winds caused the cancellation of the fete in July – and though rain is again forecast this Saturday, it shouldn't be enough to dampen the spirits.
