Broadband cable layer Swish Fibre has donated £4,000 to Whitehill Town Council to top up its major grant aid fund.

The money will be distributed equally between The Phoenix Theatre and Arts Centre, Citizens Advice East Hampshire, Home-Start Hampshire (Weywater) and the Whitehill & Bordon Community Association.

Council leader Cllr Andy Tree said: “Residents have been frustrated with Swish roadworks and so I am pleased to say they responded positively and have granted £4,000 to our town council to in turn pay out to the four valued local organisations.”
