Popular Lion & Lamb Yard cafe in Farnham to reopen under new ownership

A popular independent cafe in Farnham’s Lion & Lamb Yard is to be taken over under new ownership.

Coffee Diem closed its doors in late December after its owners George and Jacoba Murray moved on after five years.

But George has confirmed “a deal has been done for the lease with a local restaurant owner, including the fixtures and fittings and also to keep the name Coffee Diem”.

He added contracts should be signed mid-February and "they plan to open beginning of March".
