A thirteen-year-old girl has pleaded guilty to violent disorder following a protest in Aldershot that landed two Farnham men in the dock.

The girl from Aldershot, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged in connection with the protest outside Potters International Hotel on July 31.

She pleaded guilty to the charge at Basingstoke Magistrates Court and was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on September 30.

Clive Patfield, 60, of The Chantrys, Farnham, was also charged with violent disorder in relation to the same incident but gave no indication of plea at Tuesday’s hearing (Aug 13).

He was bailed with conditions and is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on September 4 along with five other men from the Ash and Farnborough areas.

Another Farnham man, 28-year-old Perrie Fisher of Hillside Road, was charged with violent disorder but failed to appear with the court issuing a warrant for his arrest.
