A development in the heart of Petersfield has been completed with the conversion of a retail unit into housing.
The £4million Dragon Court development by PHA Homes and Jansons Property consists of five energy-efficient apartments.
The final chapter involved converting a ground floor space earmarked for retail into a flat, a move that made “absolute sense” according to JP managing director Andy Jansons.
