Aspirational sprinter goes back to school

AN INTERNATIONAL sprinter made his way to Weyford Primary School as part of its Aspiration Day.
Frederick Afrifa visited the Bordon school and delivered an “aspirational and motivational" assembly about setting yourself an ambitious goal and trying to reach it, according to class teacher Ashley Clarke.
He showed clips competing in international athletics and his appearance on ITV’s Ninja Warrior.
Students also had a session with a ‘Sportivater’ where they took part in circuit exercises.
They are now collecting sponsorship money to buy some new sporting equipment.
