Pig tales leave pupils happy...

ANDREA Prior, author and illustrator of A Parcel of Pigs and Other Funny Tails, entertained pupils at Barrow Hills School, Witley, with readings from her collection of quirky rhymes and tongue twisters.
The author was inspired by her experiences growing up in a safari park, where she worked in ‘Pet’s Corner’, and her love of animals, combined with her passion for illustration and writing, inspired her to write children’s verse.
Barow Hills head of pre-prep Sue Pulleyn said: “The children enjoyed meeting Andréa and were really happy to engage in some of the hilarious rhymes which feature in the book.”
