Farnham-on-sea as beach returns to Brightwells for cafe launch

The seaside is coming to Surrey as a beach is returning to Brightwells Yard to coincide with the opening of a new bar and restaurant.

While Surrey Council County can’t promise the sun, there will certainly be plenty of sandy play and seaside fun at the free pop-up event in the heart of Farnham.

“It proved to be a fantastic attraction last year, and we’re excited to provide a free, engaging space for the local community to enjoy,” said a spokesperson.

The beach will be open daily from August 10 to 31, giving children an outdoor space to play while parents relax.

And if that’s not enticing enough, there’s a further midweek treat as Cazaro Lounge will be officially opened on Wednesday, August 12.
