Foodies forage on Lion Green for 16th Haslemere Food Festival

Haslemere Food Festival returned last weekend on Lion Green, celebrating local produce from across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

In its 16th year, the free community event again offered a tasty mix of food and drink, stalls, live entertainment and activities for children.

The mayor of Haslemere, Jerome Davidson, said: “How wonderful it was to attend such a vibrant, well-attended festival and to be able to celebrate local producers.

"Well done to all involved!”
