Kebab van applies for permit to operate outside Churt village pub on A287

Kebab van ‘Belly Busters’ has applied for a street trading licence to operate in the parking bays outside The Crossways Inn in Churt from 5.30pm to 11pm seven days a week.
If approved by Waverley Borough Council, the permit would be valid every day of the year except December 25.
The application has been submitted by Omer Faruk Albayrak, who also owns the Belly Busters restaurant and takeaway in Lynchford Road, North Camp.
Members of the public have until June 24 to comment on the application, by emailing the council at environmentalhealth@waverley.gov.uk
