Pair taken to hospital following South Farnham collision

Two people were taken to hospital for checking over last night (Thursday, January 15) following a collision on a south Farnham road.

Police closed Shortheath Road between the Green Lane and Brambleton Avenue junctions following the incident around 4.15pm on Cedarways.

South East Coast Ambulance Service attended with two pedestrians being taken to hospital as a precaution, with no witnesses being sought at the time of writing.

Police have also confirmed that no injuries were reported following a collision between a vehicle and motorcycle this morning on the A31 Farnham bypass.

One lane of the westbound carriageway was closed for a short time following the collision at 8.35am. Investigations are ongoing, witnesses or anyone with information should call 101 quoting PR/0158 of 16/01.
