Police close A272/B2070 junction north of Petersfield following serious accident

A key junction north of Petersfield remains closed this evening following a serious accident.

Cordons are in place around the junction of the B2070 and A272 at Sheet after a vehicle reportedly left the road and ended in adjacent farmland.

A large recovery vehicle is currently at the scene while the police have been approached for a statement.
