Green Party wins vacant seat in Alton Town Council by-election

The Green Party has won the vacant Alton Eastbrooke seat on Alton Town Council.
In a by-election held today, Green Party candidate Lorna Woodcroft polled 196 votes, beating Victor Burbidge of Reform UK with 127 and Liberal Democrat Brian Bradley with 107.
The turnout was 23.8 per cent.
