School saddened by pupil death

A PRIMARY school has expressed its deep sadness following the death of one of its pupils in a car crash last week.

Pravini Angel Parathisan, an 11-year-old schoolgirl from Bentley, died after the car she was travelling in hit a tree on the A31 between Farnham and Alton last week.

Katy Pinchess, headteacher of Bentley Primary School, said: "Staff, governors and parents were shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of one our pupils."
