The Scarecrow Festival will return in Frensham this May for the first time in six years.
Heroes & Villains is the theme and the festival will be hosted over the May Day bank holiday weekend from Saturday, May 4 to Monday, May 6.
Scarecrows will be spread around the Shortfield Common area near The Hollybush pub, and people will be able to vote for their three favourites.
There will also be food and drinks, as well as quiz sheets, face painting, raffle tickets and more from 10.30am to 4.30pm on all three days of the festival.
The Royal British Legion Club, Hollybush and Village Shop will be open.
All scarecrows are made by residents, businesses, local groups and St Mary’s Church. More than 50 applicants have entered so far this year.
Anyone interested in entering a scarecrow should email FVscarecrows@gmail.com with the name of their hero and villain.
