Two horses rescued by animal firefighters after tree destroys their stable in Liphook

Animal rescue firefighters were called to a stables in Liphook after a fallen tree had trapped two horses.
Crews from Liphook, Overton, Bordon, Winchester, Cosham and Eastleigh were alerted shortly before 6am on Sunday, December 10 of the incident at Gentles Lane.
Urban Search and Rescue teams worked to stabilise the tree so crews could access the stable and rescue Indy and Jumpy inside, who were then checked over by a local vet. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue service returned to the station at around 10.30am.
