Tickets are now available for a special concert celebrating 35 years of friendship between Farnham and its German twin town of Andernach.

The award-winning Stadtorchester Andernach and the internationally acclaimed Farnham Youth Choir will join forces for the June 5 concert at Farnham Maltings.

Concertgoers can expect a “dynamic and richly varied programme” that mixes contemporary pop and modern choral works with a lively 80s flashback.

“The concert promises to be an unforgettable celebration of music and friendship,” said mayor, Cllr Graham White, who visited Andernach in October 2025 when deputy.

The concert is organised by Farnham Town Council and sponsored by Specsavers Farnham.

Tickets are £17.50, and £12 for under 18s, from the Maltings box office in person or www.farnhammaltings.com
