Four Hampshire Academy players have been named in England Women’s under-19s squad for a tri-series against Australia and Sri Lanka.

Eliza Bristowe, Eve O’Neill, Mollie Adams – sister of Hampshire Women captain Georgia – and Shristi Patil were named in England’s 16-player squad.

O’Neill previously featured for England under-19s under the captaincy of Hampshire batter Abi Norgrove, in the second edition of the ICC Women’s under-19 World Cup last winter where the Three Lions reached the semi-finals. She was signed by Birmingham Phoenix for £15,000 in the recent Hundred auction.
